A typical day in the countryside
Morning Energy
Start the day with a walk through a scenic nature trail. Finish your walk around the organic farm by feeding and petting the softest farm animals. Prime yourself for an amazing day with a short guided meditation.
Breakfast
Time to fuel your body with a delightful breakfast prepared with love by our on-site chef. An energising breakfast will give you a boost to start the day’s workshops and activities.
Workshop
Naturally, you come to the retreat to relax, but also to nurture your mind and master your challenges. Our workshops are designed to help you boost your health and wealth, and to give you the tools you need to reset your work-life balance.
Lunch
At noon, it is time to relax and enjoy a freshly prepared, healthy and delicious lunch. Our food is prepared with organic, seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Workshop
Our afternoon workshop allows you to experiment with what you’ve learned and mastered in the morning workshop.
Explorations
In the afternoon, we will go on an exploration in nature, where you will be able to relax, visit the greenhouse and pick organic fruits and vegetables. On our last day we will go for a small trip into town, where you will have time for a nice cup of tea and your personal shopping.
Dinner
Our meals are balanced and delicious every time. Our chef works hard to produce only the finest food with regional and seasonal ingredients. Dinner is often prepared with the ingredients we pick ourselves. Our food is often remembered as one of our guest’s favourite part of their experience with us.
Time to relax
You will have plenty of time to relax. Evenings are usual girl’s nights, and include a delightful exfoliating skin treatment to keep your skin soft through the winter.
